Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, sought to expand its presence and build brand awareness in key markets, including Singapore. They aimed to generate and accelerate pipeline and bookings whilst providing an opportunity for customers to connect with Braze executives and learn more about their ecosystem and products. Additionally, Braze wanted to showcase how leading brands in the region stay ahead of the curve with exceptional customer engagement strategies.

Background

CAPITAL-e took the reins of the global roadshow event, "City x City," in Singapore. We meticulously planned and executed various elements of the event to achieve Braze's objectives:&nbsp;<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li style="margin-left:80px;">Build Brand Awareness: We designed an immersive experience that showcased Braze's innovative solutions and demonstrated their commitment to customer engagement.</li><li style="margin-left:80px;">Generate Pipeline and Bookings: Our team implemented strategies to attract and engage potential customers, supporting a robust pipeline and accelerated bookings during and after the event.</li><li style="margin-left:80px;">Customer Engagement: We provided a platform for attendees to connect with Braze executives, fostering valuable interactions and enhancing their understanding of the Braze ecosystem and products.</li><li style="margin-left:80px;">Industry Insights: City x City in Singapore featured insightful breakout sessions, where attendees learned how the region's leading brands stay ahead with brilliant customer engagement strategies. What We Did

Our efforts yielded remarkable results of 100% satisfaction. Braze conducted post-event surveys, and 98% of surveyed attendees (as of 30 October, 2023) expressed satisfaction or high satisfaction with the event, reflecting the success of our execution. &nbsp;

What Was Achieved

Epic B2B conference transforms the ivy precinct into a monday.com experience 

While there’s no topping the Opera House as an iconic location, one drawback is that it is limited in terms of custom branding opportunities.&nbsp; So, we started the hunt for a premium venue that we could fully transform into a monday.com haven, complete with a main stage, exhibition floor, breakout rooms, dining options, interactive demo stations and multi-level networking spaces — all fully custom branded and styled from top to bottom. We settled on Merivale’s ivy in Sydney — an inner-city hub that evolves from cafe to fine dining to dance floor all in one day — and set to work on a concept. When monday.com engaged CAPITAL-e to design and deliver Elevate 2023, the pressure was on from the start. They were fresh off a successful event the year before that took place at the iconic Sydney Opera House. Their challenge to us was to top that event.

The mission: Beat the Opera House in 2023

Before we toot our horn, let’s start with the feedback metrics which speak for themselves.&nbsp; The post-event survey found that attendees rated the event a 5 out of 5-star experience, 94% reported learning new skills, and 92% would recommend Elevate to a friend. The event: Datadog Live Conference & Executive Dinner 

Datadog engaged CAPITAL-e to help plan, execute and manage the logistics of the Datadog Live conference from venue management and booth creation to invitations, personal transfers and catering. They also wanted an extra set of expert eyes and ears on the ground at the event to support the internal team and attendees.&nbsp; With proven experience in event management in India, CAPITAL-e was ready and willing to step up to the plate and help Datadog deliver its best conference in the country yet. &nbsp;

The goal: Create seamless experiences from start to finish

The success of any event is about getting the right people in the room and creating an environment where they can connect, learn and relax. With Datadog Live in Bangalore, we are proud to have been part of making that happen. Helped by their targeted marketing campaign, the event exceeded attendance goals with a bustling crowd all day. The branding, staging and collateral design made a big impression within a strict budget. The stylish Datadog t-shirts, socks and stickers were a hit, with many guests trying to get their hands on more than one! With an unforeseen change in restaurant arrangements five minutes before dinner, the CAPITAL-e crew sprung into action to get everything sorted, with our guests being none the wiser. &nbsp;Events can be full of surprises, so we’ve learnt to expect the unexpected!&nbsp; Our Datadog client was delighted with the excellent feedback from the attendees and singled out our on-site team for their ability to instantly troubleshoot and keep everything running smoothly. Each venue was transformed into a fully immersive Braze brand experience, where every detail – from custom scent diffusers, branded furniture and strategic lighting to digital animations, floor-to-ceiling supergraphics and premium lounges – worked in harmony to bring the Braze brand to life.
