Creating a village for Grafana

Requiring end-to-end support across event planning and strategy, project management, communications, and onsite execution, Grafana Labs collaborated closely with the team at CAPITAL-e. The successful event met the needs of the business and attendees alike, sparking discussions within the wider Grafana Labs team about plans for future events.&nbsp;Post-event surveys reflected overwhelmingly positive feedback from all involved, with an overall experience rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars.

The CAPITAL-e team plugged in exactly where we needed them. Our whole team has been so impressed to see them successfully stage this event in Canada. It’s great to know that they have the capability to deliver events outside of Australia and APAC.

Uniting over 600 staff from more than 40 countries across 6 continents, Grafanafest delivered a connected ‘village’ vibe to the event, with everything and everyone within walking distance.&nbsp;Grafana Labs, renowned for providing an open and composable monitoring and observability stack built around Grafana, the leading open source technology for dashboards and visualisation, organised this remarkable gathering.&nbsp;&nbsp;Despite the challenges of the pandemic, which prevented the global team from gathering in person since 2019, Grafana Labs continued to flourish. Throughout this period, the company's workforce expanded from 50 to over 700 employees. Over these years, the fully remote business sought an opportunity to unite all its employees, determined to find a way to bring the growing team together in one location.

Creating a sustainable summit for GoTo

Deel officially launched in Aotearoa New Zealand! Their concept: Hire anyone, anywhere!&nbsp;With more than 20% of NZ’s working population based overseas there is a huge opportunity to bring Deel to NZ. CAPITAL-e helped bring their vision to life with a fun filled evening of food, drink and networking.&nbsp;Together with CAPITAL-e, the entire Deel team hosted almost 100 NZ customers, media and partners for an intimate afternoon at the Annex, Auckland CBD. Guests were welcomed with a quintessential New Zealand ‘van life’ camp set up they could interact with while imagining themselves living it up in the ‘Deel Mobeel’, working from wherever! It was a pleasure to work with the team at Deel and we are looking forward to future events.&nbsp;

Held in August 2022, OSF Digital partners with CAPITAL-e to host their first ever Days of Excellence Event in Australia. For the first time this event brings together Global Leaders, Managers, C-Level Executives&nbsp;to collaborate, learn and connect.&nbsp;&nbsp;Hosted by Domic Stow, the 150 guests were treated to a jam-packed afternoon of talks from OSF Digital and panel&nbsp;speakers&nbsp;from Ellipsis, TWP, Salesforce, Matecash, OFX, Mediaworks and many others.&nbsp;A highly successful event, the attendees were also treated to a custom designed experience lounge, private cocktail function which was followed by an exclusive Sydney Harbour Cruise and visit to Taronga Zoo the following day. One of the key highlights&nbsp;for the overseas&nbsp;attendees.&nbsp;LinkedIn was flooded&nbsp;with staff, customers and partners thanking them for such a wonderful event in Sydney.
